Our Story
Brunch Jawn began long before it became a business.
At 14 years old, I discovered my love for cooking. Growing up, my father encouraged me to learn my way around the kitchen, reminding me that one day I would be someone’s wife and that cooking was an important life skill. What started as a lesson quickly became a passion.
Some of my favorite memories were spent watching my late grandmother prepare her Southern dishes. The love, tradition, and care she poured into every meal left a lasting impression on me and inspired the way I cook today.
As the years went on, cooking became more than just something I enjoyed—it became a way to bring people together. Whether it was a family gathering, celebration, or Sunday meal, I saw firsthand how food creates connection and lasting memories.
Founded by Chef Alexis Barnes, Brunch Jawn LLC was created to serve more than just food. We believe great food has the power to bring people together, spark conversation, and create moments worth remembering.
