INFORMATION & BOOKING POLICIES
BOOKING NOTICE
• Drop-Off Catering (Under 50 Guests): 72-hour notice preferred.
• Large Orders (50+ Guests): 5–7 days notice preferred.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all catering orders and lock in your date.
• Orders are not confirmed or held without a deposit.
• The remaining final balance is due 48 hours prior to the event delivery time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will not receive a refund, and all payments will be retained by Brunch Jawn.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
• Philadelphia area drop-off delivery fees start at a flat baseline of $15.
• Final delivery rates are determined by exact mileage, drop-off details, and the scale of the order setup.
BUFFET SETUP KITS
• Optional professional buffet setup kits (includes disposable wire chafing racks, heavy-duty aluminum water pans, and 6-hour safe-heat sternos) are available for à la carte pan orders at $15 per setup kit.
